QB Cam Ward, who was the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, will be the starter for the Tennessee Titans next season.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis will undergo right shoulder surgery that will end his participation in the forthcoming 2025 NFL season, which is just a couple of weeks away, the team announced in a statement on social media.

The 26-year-old QB opted to have the surgery to prioritize his long-term health and will be back for the 2026 season.
Levi injured his shoulder during last October’s matchup with the Miami Dolphins, forcing him to miss the next three games; the QB was selected by the Titans in the second round of the 2023 Draft and had been a starter for the past two seasons.
This year, the team drafted Cam Ward, the first overall pick in the draft, who will be the starting quarterback for next season. Currently, they have Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle as backup quarterbacks.
