Update:

Some of the Philadelphia Eagles may not have slept since winning Super Bowl LIX from New Orleans on Sunday night. They exacted their recent on the Kansas City Chiefs, and despite getting even in their Super Sunday matchups but some, or one, of the Eagles have kept the trash talk going in the hours after Philly’s second Lombardi Trophy in franchise history.

Gardner-Johnson’s post party jab

If you have been off the grid for the last 24 hours, the Eagles won the Super Bowl, Jalen Hurts earned MVP, and Kendrick Lamar is getting some not so hot reviews after his half-time show during Super Bowl LIX. Now that the confetti has been cleaned up at the Caesar’s Super Dome, it’s time to celebrate for the Eagles, but C.J. Gardner-Johnson took to Instagram to throw one last shot at Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce.

After what could only be imagined as a long night of partying, C.J. Gardner-Johnson posted a picture of him standing in front of Travis Kelce from the Eagles win on Sunday night along with the caption, “should have stayed with the thick s**t.”

It was a direct shot at Kelce and his girlfriend of a year and a half, Taylor Swift. The thick statement was a reference to Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, who was in attendance for Super Bowl LIX and on the field celebrating the Eagles win.

Kelce and the Chiefs had their worst game of the season, getting smoked by the Eagles. The Chiefs were down 34-0 in the third quarter, and by the time Kelce made his four catches for 39 yards, the game was already well over.
