The score was 6-0 in favor of the New York Giants when this unfortunate incident occurred at the Highmark Stadium. Once more was known, the Bills issued an update on social media.

“Injury update: Damien Harris (neck) is out for game,” it began. “He has movement in his arms and legs. Harris is being taken to hospital for further testing.”

We now await the full medical report on his condition, but a positive sign came as Harris was secured on the stretcher and just before being placed in the ambulance, as he managed to give a thumbs-up gesture to everyone watching with concern.
