Eagles vs Patriots: NFL Week 1 injury report: Will Jack Jones and Josh Jobe play?

We take a look at just who is fit for duty and who is not as the Week 1 matchup between Philadelphia and New England gets us going.

As if the New England Patriots didn’t have enough to worry about, taking on the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles in week 1, they will be without cornerback Jack Jones.

Jones has an injured hamstring and will miss the game, and other players are listed as questionable for the game.

Matt Corral is out for personal issues, and the offensive line is depleted with guard Cole Strange questionable with a knee injury and Mike Onwenu with a sore ankle.

The Eagles on the other hand are all fit and rearing to go. No players have been listed as injured or even questionable on their squad.

Although throughout the week, cornerbacks Josh Jobe and Mario Goodrich were both listed with an “illness” designation, they both were full participants in Philly’s walk-through, indicating that both will likely be active on Sunday.

Here is the full list for both teams.
