Goodbye playoffs, maybe next year: These are the teams eliminated from the NFL postseason
With three weeks left in the 2025 NFL regular season, 13 teams have already lost any chance of reaching the much-desired playoffs on the road to Super Bowl LX, which will take place on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers in California.
The American Conference already has seven teams eliminated: the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans.
In the National Conference, six teams have fallen short in their push toward the postseason – the Minnesota Vikings, the Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, Washington Commanders and New York Giants.
