The first round of the NFL playoffs has concluded, and the divisional round starts this weekend.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, who earned the No. 1 seed in their respective conferences and got byes in the first round, are getting their first postseason action.

The AFC West champion will try to pick up where they left off in the regular season when they host the Jaguars on Saturday in the 2023 NFL playoffs. The Chiefs (14-3) matched the single-season franchise record for victories by concluding the 2022 campaign with a five-game winning streak. The Chiefs, on the other hand, won 10 of their final 11 contests, with one of those victories being against Jacksonville in Week 10.

Kickoff for the Jaguars-Chiefs game from Arrowhead Stadium is set for 4:30 p.m. ET.

Let’s take a look at how much attending the Jaguars-Chiefs game costs:

How much is it to attend the Jaguars-Chiefs game?

The average price on the secondary market for a ticket to the Jaguars-Chiefs divisional round game is $484.

While that amount is actually the lowest mark of any NFL divisional-round game this year, it is also the most expensive divisional-round game for the Chiefs with Patrick Mahomes at the helm. That’s excluding the 2020 game against the Browns, which was played during the covid-19 pandemic, with reduced capacity.

In the 2018-19 divisional round game against the Indianapolis Colts, the average ticket price was just $150. Since then, tickets have more than tripled in price. In 2019-20 vs the Houston Texans, the average list price was $349 and in 2021-22 against the Buffalo Bills, it was up to $361.

This will be the Chiefs’ fifth time to host a divisional round game in the Mahomes era, and it has gone up at least 34% more than any of the previous four divisional round games.
