Legendary NFL HCs: All you need to know about the coaches with the most Super Bowl wins
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid could tie for the second-most Super Bowl wins of any NFL head coach with a win over the Eagles in two weeks.
The Kansas City Chiefs have the chance to make history as the only NFL team to win three consecutive Super Bowls. They beat the San Francisco 49ers last year and the Philadelphia Eagles the year before that.
Now, they’ll face the Eagles again in Super Bowl LIX. If the Chiefs win again, then head coach Andy Reid would become the only head coach in NFL history to win three Super Bowls in a row.

NFL head coaches with the most Super Bowl wins
Currently, Bill Belichick is far and away the leader as the head coach with the most Super Bowl victories with six total - all with the New England Patriots. After him is former Steelers coach Chuck Noll with four Super Bowl wins.
There are currently five NFL head coaches who have won at least three Super Bowls. Andy Reid is currently tied for the third-most Super Bowl wins (three) with Bill Walsh and Joe Gibbs. If the Chiefs beat the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, he’ll tie Noll for the second-most.

NFL head coaches with the most Super Bowl appearances
Belichick wins this one too. As the Patriots head coach, he took them to nine total Super Bowls (6-3 record).
Reid now ties Don Shula (with the Baltimore Colts and Miami Dolphins) for second on that list as he makes his sixth Super Bowl appearance. In addition to five Super Bowl trips with the Chiefs, Reid also made it to one Super Bowl as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004, but they lost to Belichick’s Patriots.
Former Dallas Cowboys coach Tom Landry is third on the all-time list with five total Super Bowl appearances.
The years it takes to win multiple Super Bowls as an NFL head coach
Belichick coached in the NFL for 24 years, the majority of which was spent with the Patriots. It was with them that he won all six Super Bowls.
Along with Belichick, Noll is regarded as one of the greatest head coaches of all time. He coached for the Steelers only and was with them for 23 years from 1969 to 1991, bringing them to those four Super Bowl victories.
In addition to coaching for the Chiefs, Reid has also coached for the Eagles and Green Bay Packers. His three Super Bowl victories, however, have come with the Chiefs in 11 seasons with the team. Now in his 12th, he’ll try to log at least one more.
