Neither the Cowboys nor the Rams, these are the teams with the longest season ticket waitlists in the NFL
The team with the longest season ticket waiting list might come as a surprise.

When it comes to the NFL’s longest season ticket waitlists, the usual suspects like the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams don’t actually top the list.
Instead, it’s the Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos that boast the most notoriously long queues that, in some cases, stretch for decades.
The Green Bay Packers lead the way with an estimated 136,000 people on their waitlist. For many Wisconsin families, putting a child on the list at birth is a common tradition, with the understanding that they might not receive tickets until they’re well into adulthood.
Given the huge numbers, the wait time is estimated at around 30 years, and it comes with a hefty commitment: a Personal Seat License (PSL). Depending on the package—“Green” or “Gold”—these can cost between $900 and $2,100 per seat.
What sets the Packers apart is not just the size of their list, but the deeply rooted community loyalty and generational transfer of PSLs, which allows fans to pass down their spot in line to family members.
Just behind the Packers sit the Denver Broncos, who also maintain one of the league’s largest season ticket waitlists, reportedly topping 84,000 names. Like Green Bay, Denver fans face a wait time that can approach three decades.

However, unlike the Packers, the Broncos do not require a PSL, making the process more accessible financially, but just as slow due to limited turnover and high demand. Denver’s sustained fan enthusiasm, boosted by three Super Bowl wins and a devoted local following, keeps the list long and stable year after year.
