After watching her beau play a starring role in the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, Cooper DeJean’s girlfriend took to social media to savor the NFL rookie’s championship win.
DeJean dazzles as Eagles swoop to Super Bowl triumph
A second-round Draft pick by the Eagles in 2024, DeJean scored a memorable touchdown in the Pennsylvanians' 40-22 triumph in New Orleans, intercepting a pass by Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes before completing a 38-yard TD.
A player who celebrated his 22nd birthday on the day of the title game, DeJean’s performance at Caesars Superdome saw him win the fan vote for Super Bowl LIX MVP, ahead of overall award winner Jalen Hurts.

DeJean’s girlfriend, the University of Iowa student Steph Wilfawn, responded to the cornerback’s Super Bowl triumph by posting a video in which she can be seen sharing an emotional post-game embrace with her boyfriend on the field in Louisiana.
“Big dawg!!! Thank you Lord,” she wrote on the video-sharing platform TikTok, adding: “Proud of you x100000 Cooper DeJean”.
In January, Wilfawn had also shared a similar post after the Eagles’ NFC Championship Game win over the Washington Commanders.
“God is SO GOOD,” she said, in a caption that accompanied a video compilation of moments from Philadelphia’s 55-23 victory at Lincoln Financial Field. “Proud of you Cooper DeJean.”

Who is Steph Wilfawn?
According to Wilfawn’s profile on the business and employment platform LinkedIn, she is in the third year of a college degree at the University of Iowa, where she is majoring in enterprise leadership.
She also says she is a certified dermatology technician who works for the Cedar Rapids company Forefront Dermatology.
Wilfawn and DeJean appear to have been dating since at least spring 2024.
As is noted by Us Weekly, Wilfawn can be seen among a group of DeJean’s friends and family as they celebrated his selection by the Eagles during the NFL Draft last April, in a YouTube video shared by the Eagles ahead of the 2024 season.
People magazine also points out that Wilfawn took to Instagram Stories with a message of congratulations for DeJean in the wake of the 2024 Draft.
