A 3rd round 2023 Draft pick for the Saints, Miller played college football for Texas Christian University and ran for 1399 yards with 17 touchdowns in 2022 before making the leap to the elite level of the sport.

Why is Alvin Kamara not playing for the Saints?

Lead running back Alvin Kamara left last week’s Saints game against the Commanders. Tests revealed that the culprit was an adductor injury and as a result he did not practice at all this week due to doctor’s orders.

The New Orleans Saints sit third in the NFC South, having won 5 games so far in the season. Losing 9 games, however, has not helped their prospects for a strong postseason campaign, and consistency has been hard to come by.

As for the Packers, they are also third but have a distinctly better record, winning 10 games and losing just four. However, strong performances in the NFC North see them sit third, with the rampant Lions and Vikings ahead of them in the standings with almost perfect 13-2 records.

The Saints lost 19-20 against the Commanders in their previous game.
