A loss to the Houston Texans granted the Tennessee Titans the first pick in the upcoming NFL 2025 Draft, and they’ve got plenty of options to choose from.

Under head coach Brian Callahan, the Titans have struggled to find consistency throughout the campaign that has been an uphill struggle for the most part. But with the first pick, no matter how bad the year, comes hope; general manager Ran Carthon will have his fingers crossed that things begin to fall into place.

The Draft is unique in US sports, and nothing across the world brings quite the same sense of excitement and unpredictability when it comes to team-building at the elite level.

Will Levis is, at the time of writing, the only quarterback currently under contract with the Titans for 2025, making scoping out their potential draft picks a lot easier.

With that in mind, here are the most likely - if not confirmed - outcomes for the Titans in the 2025 picking process:

Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Plenty of sources have pointed the huge foam finger at Cam Ward, the young quarterback who would instantly become the poster boy for the whole franchise.

It is said that Ward is highly valued by those who make the decisions in Tennessee and his talent is unquestionable in all aspects of his game. If it’s not the Titans, however, the Giants may well be sniffing around Ward and his potential.

Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Sanders is another name high on the list of options; after a great season with Colorado (9-4) he has attracted knowing glances from scouts and coaches across the country.

Throwing for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 2024, Callahan would certainly get a lot out of the 22-year-old when it comes to his natural talent in controlling play.

Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado

Hunter is the third option for the Titans if they don’t go for the more talked-about pick of a quarterback. Instead, they may leave that option for free agency, and simply opt for the down-the-line choice of the best player on offer in the Draft.

For many that is wide receiver Travis Hunter, the two-way star that has provided Colorado with so much the past season. Not going for a much-needed QB would indeed be a huge risk for a team that is crying out for some help in that slot, but Hunter’s talent may be too great to pass up.

As for the rest of the Draft, the Cleveland Browns will pick second and the New York Giants will have the No. 3 overall pick.
