Soccer fans all over the globe are more than familiar with the exploits of Cristiano Ronaldo. A career highlighted by his spells at LaLiga and Premier League giants Real Madrid and Manchester United, respectively, the Portugal goal machine was also known for his moniker, CR7, and his celebration every time he made a goalkeeper sad.

Ronaldo celebration in Paris walking

That celebration, which tends to come with a very particular noise, made an appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games on Thursday morning, but the player himself, now 39 and starring for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, was nowhere to be seen.

“Siiiiiiuuuuuuuu,” came the scream from Daniel Pintado after crossing the finish line of the 20km men’s walking event in Paris. Cristiano, a real influencer.
