2022 PNC Championship Final Day: date, times, and how to watch online and on TV

The 2022 PNC Championship tees off this weekend with 20 father/mother and son/daughter partnerships in action at Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. All eyes will be on Team Woods - 15-time major champion, Tiger Woods and his 13-year-old son Charlie, who have been paired alongside Justin and Mike Thomas in the first round. Tiger, who has been carrying a foot injury, could end up relying on inspiration from his teenage son who along with Henrik Stenson’s son Karl, are the two youngest competitors in this year’s event. As is previous editions, it won’t be just father/son partnerships taking part, Nelly Korda teams up with her father Petr while Annika Sorenstam has been joined by her son Will McGee for the competition.

Team Woods finished runners-up at the 36-hole scramble event in 2021, just two strokes behind John Daly senior and junior.

Team Daly are back attempting to defend their title. They will face plenty of competition over the weekend from the likes of 2020 champions Mike and Justin Thomas, who return for the third year running, and debutants Shawn and Jordan Spieth.

The PNC Championship, which consists of 20 two-player teams, is contested over two days (Saturday and Sunday), in a scramble format. Each player will hit a tee shot, select the best of the two and then repeat the process from there until the ball is holed.

When does the 2022 PNC Championship tee off?

Team Price and Team Duval get Round 1 underway, teeing off at 10:20 a.m. ET on Saturday 17 December 2022. Team Woods and Team Thomas enter the competition just after midday at 12:02 p.m.

How can I watch the 2022 PNC Championship?

Saturday’s live coverage of Round 1 begins at 2 p.m. ET on NBC will also be broadcast by Peacock and the Golf Channel (starting at 2 p.m.). Sunday’s coverage on NBC and Peacock begins at 1:30 p.m. ET.
