2025 Truist Championship tee times: Round 1 pairings and featured groups on Thursday
Rory McIlroy is the bookies’ frontrunner for the Truist Championship, which this year takes place at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.

Masters champion Rory McIlroy is the bookmakers’ favorite for victory at this week’s Truist Championship, in the final PGA Tour event before the PGA Championship later this month.
This year’s edition of the Truist Championship, which is due to run from Thursday May 8 to Sunday May 11, is to take place on the Philadelphia Cricket Club’s Wissahickon Course.
Can McIlroy retain Truist title?
McIlroy is the 5/1 frontrunner to win the tournament for a second straight year, having triumphed by a five-stroke margin 12 months ago.
The Northern Irishman, who ended an 11-year wait for a major title at last month‘s Masters in Augusta, is followed in the betting by Collin Morikawa (16/1) and Ludvig Aberg (18/1), per Oddschecker.
The winner of the Truist Championship will pocket a $3.6 million prize check.
