2026 Winter Olympics: schedule, calendar, events, programming and agenda for today, February 22

The Milan–Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics come to a close this Sunday, capping off more than two weeks of standout performances, gripping storylines, and unforgettable moments since the Games kicked off on February 7.

Five gold medals will be up for grabs on the final day, beginning with the women’s cross-country skiing final and culminating with the men’s ice hockey final between Team USA and Canada - one of the highlights of today’s program.

Once the action on the ice is complete, the athletes will head over to Verona for the Closing Ceremony, which will take place in a spectacular setting - Verona Arena, a stunning, 2,000-year-old Roman amphitheater.
