Canelo vs Munguía for Cinco de Mayo weekend

Álvarez will be defending his four titles as the unified champion at 168 pounds, and he is now looking to secure another victory against his compatriot Munguía, who is looking to become a world champion.

The event, organised by Canelo Promotions, will be broadcast via pay-per-view (PPV) as part of the traditional ‘Cinco de Mayo’ festivities celebrated in the United States, which have historically delivered thrilling fights.

According to DAZN and Prime Video, the card featuring Canelo Álvarez and Jaime Munguía as the main event is priced at $89.99.

The Álvarez vs Munguía card will commence on Saturday 4 May at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT and it is anticipated that both headline boxers will step into the ring at 11:15 p.m. ET / 8:15 p.m. PT. It’s expected to be a cracker!
