The odds are in and so are the predictions, but the one thing missing is the purse information, but don’t worry we’ve got you covered with the downlow on how much Floyd Mayweather and Deji will make when they take on each other in an exhibition bout in Dubai on Sunday evening

A Legend vs A Novice: Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Deji

In yet another bout on his post retirement exhibition tour, boxing icon and undefeated 5-division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. will face YouTube star Deji on Sunday 13th, October in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a record of 50-0 and net worth that reflects that kind of success, Mayweather is truly as good as it gets. His most recent fight was a win against Japan’s Mikuru Asakura back in September, which took his exhibition record to 3-0. Where Deji is concerned this will be the YouTuber’s fourth fight following two losses at amateur level and most recently a win in the professional ranks against another YouTuber, Fousey.

Mayweather vs Deji: The Purse

According to comments made by Global Titans CEO Uday Singh, Mayweather could end up pocketing somewhere in the of $25million to $30 million for the fight. As per reports, Mayweather was paid $1 million simply to take a phone call in order to discussing the idea of a fight with Deji. “Floyd is super approachable, and he listens to the promoters and does what’s best for business, and that’s what I like about him,” Singh stated. There has been no official word on what Deji will take home after the fight, but if we use Mayweather’s bout with Logan Paul as a reference, it could be as much as $4 million, which is what the older of the two Paul brothers earned for his clash with Mayweather.
