In an impressive week of play, Scotty Scheffler once again showed his dominance at Bay Hill, delivering one of the most memorable performances witnessed on this challenging course. Scheffler’s exceptional play included a remarkable low round of the day, outshining his competitors by two shots and matching the week’s lowest round. As he celebrated his victory, Scheffler was joined by his wife, Meredith, who is expecting their first child, adding an extra layer of joy to the occasion.

Scottie Scheffler’s payday

The Arnold Palmer Invitational took place from March 7-10 at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge, and as a PGA Tour signature event, it featured all the best players in the field, and had a $20 million purse, making it a designated event.

Similar to the Genesis Invitational, the Arnold Palmer Invitational also had a 36-hole cut, with the top 50 players and ties, or any player within 10 shots of the lead, making it to the weekend.

Scottie Scheffler won the championship with a score of 15-under, winning by five strokes. Scheffler took home $4 million of the purse.
