It’s fight week, and the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury showdown is getting closer.

Both fighters will finally battle in a boxing ring in Saudi Arabia in a clash that has been in the making for a while.

The social media celebrity and boxer Jake Paul has been more active than his opponent and he’s undefeated in his perennial boxing career, with a record of 6-0.

Meanwhile, Tyson Fury’s step-brother Tommy started his boxing career earlier than Paul, but he became a TV reality star, which kept him away from boxing for a while, although he’s also undefeated (8-0).

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury: odds

Jake Paul is the favorite to get his hand raised. Although his opposition was mostly past-their-prime fighters, in his resume he has wins over names like former MMA world champions Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, and Anderson Silva. The Cleveland native is tipped to win the contest at 13/20 (1.65).

Tommy Fury is the underdog here, although given his boxing background and his record there might be some value. His victory over the American is tipped at 13/10 (2.3).

A draw between both fighters is being paid at 13/1 (14.0).

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury: prediction

The fight will only be eight rounds but that may be enough for both fighters put on a show and determine who’s the better boxer.

Fury’s record is way less flashy than Paul’s but he will be looking to win against his best opponent so far in great fashion, after looking awkward in his last decision win over Daniel Bocianski last April.

Moreover, he will want to prove he’s legit and get rid of the big pressure that means being part of the Fury family, as Tyson Fury has already said he should retire from the sport if he can’t defeat Paul.

However, even if the younger of the Paul brothers is still being doubted by many, his skills are getting better every time he enters the ring.

The Problem Child is confident and truth is that until now, he has shown he has knockout power and he can use his feet and jab to box when the going gets tough. Moreover, he has been the more active fighter and he’s surrounded by a solid team.

Prediction: Jake Paul on points
