What is the cut line at the 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont? Play suspended due to inlement weather
156 golfers started the 2025 U.S. Open but under half that number will finish it. Will Scheffler and McIlroy be among them?

Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy were the biggest names among the 156-strong field at the start of the 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club, not to mention most people’s favorites to lift the trophy at the end of play on Sunday. Firstly, though, they have to make sure they get as far as the weekend by being above the cut line after Friday’s second round concludes.
