After some trial and error, YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul will face the younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, Tommy Fury. The fight will take place on Sunday, February 26th, in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.

Besides the obvious financial benefits, Jake Paul has a lot to gain from winning this fight since WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman has already promised to elevate him to the cruiserweight ranks in the organization should he be declared the victor.

On the other hand, Tommy Fury does care about the money in this fight. The Love Island star can make up to ten times what he is worth with just this fight alone.

How much is Tommy Fury worth exactly?

The younger Fury is set to be worth $1.6 million. And he stands to gain £1.6 million from this fight. He will also take home 35% of all pay-per-view revenue. Minus all sponsorship deals he has already garnished from the fight.

Why is the fight taking place in Saudi Arabia?

The bout will be in Saudi Arabia since Fury and Jake Paul refused to fight in their respective home countries. Fury was barred from competing in the United States because of his involvement in narcotics trafficking. At the same time, Jake Paul didn’t want to fight in Tommy’s native England.
