This is Margarida Corceiro: Meet F1 driver Lando Norris’ girlfriend
Norris, who is leading the race to win the Formula 1 drivers’ championship, confirmed his relationship with Corceiro in the summer.
Lando Norris’s girlfriend, the Portuguese actor and internet personality Margarida Corceiro, has conceded she’s no fan of motorsport, as her beau this weekend seeks to move a step closer to winning the first Formula 1 title of his career.
Corceiro, who has turned out to cheer on the McLaren driver at multiple F1 races this season, told an interview in the Portuguese media this week: “I don’t know anything about cars. I’m not useful for anything other than supporting someone.”
After long-standing rumors of romance between the pair, Corceiro and Norris confirmed their relationship this summer, when they appeared together at August’s Hungarian Grand Prix.
“Someone I can be myself with”
Speaking to Vogue the following month, Norris then revealed: “We met a few years ago, but we were never really together. Until more recently.”
The driver added of Corceiro: “She’s someone I can very much be myself with. Very down to earth and she lives quite a crazy life as well. It’s nice when we can both just [rent] a boat for the day or go home together and chill.”
“I love what I do”
A screen star who has appeared in several Portuguese-language movies and TV series, Corceiro is also a prominent social-media influencer, boasting an Instagram following of over two million.
Indeed, the 23-year-old - who previously dated Portuguese soccer star João Félix - was in 2024 named Forbes’ most influential Portuguese Instagram personality.
“The truth is, it took me a few days to process the news, and I was really happy,” Corceiro told an interview with Forbes at the time. “I love what I do, and I love having this world of mine at my fingertips”.
Can Norris tighten grip on F1 title?
Norris, 26, heads into this weekend’s Las Vegas Grand Prix in firm control of the 2025 F1 title race.
After winning the São Paulo Grand Prix earlier in November, the Briton leads team-mate Oscar Piastri by 24 points in the World Drivers’ Championship standings. The four-time defending F1 champion, Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, lies a further 25 points back in third.
While victory on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit cannot mathematically seal the championship for Norris, it would put him on the brink of clinching a maiden F1 crown in the season’s penultimate Grand Prix, held in Qatar on November 28 to 30. The season then concludes with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on December 5 to 7.
Now in his seventh season in McLaren’s F1 driver lineup, Norris is bidding to become the first British racer to win the championship since Lewis Hamilton in 2020. He would be the 11th Briton in motorsport history to lift the F1 title.

Qualifying for the Las Vegas Grand Prix is due to take place at 8:00 p.m. PT/11:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 21, The race is then scheduled for Saturday, November 22, starting at 8:00 p.m. PT/11:00 p.m. ET.
