2025 Club World Cup: qualified teams, quarter finals, semifinals, bracket, matches and dates

The first semifinalists of the 2025 Club World Cup have now been confirmed after Chelsea’s 2-1 victory against Pameiras.

Another Brazilian side awaits Enzo Maresca’s men in the next round - Fluminense, runners-up at the 2023 edition, who edged past Al Hilal. That semi-final will be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Tuesday.

Old rivals meet again

Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund will be looking to join them. They face off today in a blockbuster quarterfinal rematch of the 2024 Champions League final—a clash that saw Los Blancos lift their 15th European crown.

If Madrid can get past Dortmund, they will meet the winners of PSG’s clash with Bayern Munich—two of Europe’s most in-form sides. In other words, three back-to-back knockout games against elite European clubs, all en route to the final.
