The second Los Angeles derby of the 2023 MLS season is just around the corner as the legendary Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California is set to host the Galaxy-LAFC clash.

This game was set to open the 2023 MLS season but had to be rescheduled due to the wild weather conditions in March that prevented the match from taking place.

According to information from Major League Soccer itself and a statement shared by LA Galaxy (administratively the local team in this match) tickets for this El Tráfico Clásico are close to selling out and if so a new MLS attendance record will be broken at the Rose Bowl.

The current MLS attendance record belongs to Charlotte FC with 74,479 fans watching their March 2022 game against the LA Galaxy and as things stand everything points to more than 80,000 spectators watching the latest El Tráfico clash.
