How many goals has Fede Valverde scored for Real Madrid? LaLiga, UCL stats
The Uruguayan midfielder scored a stunning first-half hat trick against Manchester City in the Champions League first leg.

Champions league nights at the Santiago Bernabéu have a habit of conjuring heroic performances from unlikely places. That happened again on Wednesday night as Madrid captain Fede Valverde struck a stunning first-half hat trick, putting his side in the driving seat against Manchester City.
Before the first-leg game, Valverde had managed three Champions league goals in his first 75 appearances in the competition. The Uruguayan midfielder doubled that tally in the space of 45 minutes on Wednesday, showing his class with three brilliantly-taken goals.

With the treble against City, Valverde now has 41 goals in 435 club appearances, a record of roughly one-in-ten. Of those goals, 38 have come with Real Madrid and a further three with Real Madrid Castilla.
Valverde’s scoring record with the Uruguay national team is similar, with eight goals in 71 international matches. He will be a key part of the Uruguay team at this summer’s World Cup, bringing an incredible wealth of top-level experience for a player who is still only 27 years old. Valverde has already won three LaLiga titles and two Champions Leagues, and will be hoping to add to those tallies this season.
