The race to Budapest tightens after first-leg results leave giants under pressure ahead of decisive second legs.

How the Champions League quarterfinals look after the first leg games: scores and bracket
The final stretch of the Champions League is closer than ever. After the first legs of the quarterfinals, four teams hold the upper hand in the race for a place in the semifinals, the gateway to the final in Budapest on May 30 at the Puskás Arena.
Who’s making the UCL semifinals?
Atlético Madrid came through the all-Spanish clash, earning a hard-fought 2–0 victory at Camp Nou. That result leaves Barcelona needing a challenging comeback in the return leg, a scenario Real Madrid must also confront.
The Spanish giants trail after a 2–1 home defeat to Bayern Munich, with the German side set to host the decisive second leg. Liverpool will also count on home support, but face a steep task after falling 2–0 to Paris Saint-Germain in the first meeting.
