Liga MX 2025 Clausura matches: Matches, teams, dates and kick-off times for the semifinals

The Clausura 2025 semifinals have been set with Toluca set to play Tigres and América take on Cruz Azul in the ‘Clasico Joven’ derby. Late on Monday, Liga MX confirmed the match times for each of the four games and by the end of the week, we’ll know the two finalists.

Toluca vs Tigres

The top seed and leader at the end of the regular season, Toluca outmuscled Rayados, progressing on away goals rule with the outcome leading to Monterrey dismissing head coach Martín Demichelis.

Tigres eliminated Necaxa in a return lag that was overshadowed by controversy.

The first leg will be played this Wednesday, May 14, with a kickoff of 11pm ET at ‘El Volcán’ in Nuevo Leon. The second leg will be held on Saturday, May 17 at the Nemesio Diez Stadium starting at 9pm (ET).

America vs Cruz Azul

Once again, the Liga MX playoffs throw up a Clásico Joven and another Mexico City derby after both sides saw off Pachuca (Cruz Azul), and León respectively.

The first leg will be played on Thursday, May 15 at Ciudad Universitaria starting at 10pm (ET) and the second leg will be played on Sunday, May 18 at the Ciudad de los Deportes stadium with the action getting underway at 9:15 pm (ET).
