MLS clubs celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month in the USA runs from 15 September to 15 October and celebrates the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latino Americans.
The U.S. is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs September 15 to October 15 paying tribute to the achievements of the Spanish-speaking community in the United States.
And sport is no exception to this month of celebration with leagues and clubs across the country joining in in every possible way to commemorate the Spanish-speaking community.
Leading the way is the MLS, a league that has roots in Hispanic communities and has seen significant Hispanic and Latino growth in the recent past. The league and a number of clubs turned to social media to celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month 2023.
