Real Madrid makes stance clear on contact with Bayern Munich’s Olise

Real Madrid has denied any contact with Michael Olise in any form. Not with the player himself, not with his representatives, and not with anyone in his circle. The club insists there is absolutely nothing to the reports linking it with the Bayern Munich winger.

The denial came through a brief but forceful official statement. In the process, Madrid also highlighted its strong relationship with Bayern Munich, stressing that it would never approach one of the German club’s players without first speaking to Bayern directly. According to the Spanish side, there have been no direct or indirect contacts with Olise or those around him.

“In response to information published by various media outlets regarding an alleged interest from our club in Bayern Munich player Michael Olise, Real Madrid wishes to state that it has not maintained any direct or indirect contact with the aforementioned player, his representatives, or anyone in his circle.

Real Madrid would also like to highlight the excellent institutional relationship it maintains with Bayern Munich, with whom it shares a long history of mutual respect, cooperation, and admiration, and regrets the spread of speculation that does not correspond to reality.

Both clubs have always maintained a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, reflected, among other things, in the shared belief that any potential interest in a player belonging to the other club should first be discussed between the clubs themselves, in accordance with the principles of institutional loyalty that have historically governed relations between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.”
