With just three games to go, when can Barcelona be crowned 24/25 LaLiga champions

Only three games remain in the current LaLiga EA Sports 24/25 season and the battle for the title remains a (mathematical) two horse race between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid with the Catalan side in pole position with a seven point advantage.

Both sides went head-to-head in the final El Clasico of the season at Montjuic with the Catalan side holding a four point lead pre-game.

In previous meetings this season, the azulgrana held the upper hand starting out with the 0-4 league win at the Bernabeu in October 2025.

In Jeddah for the Spanish Super Cup final, Barça prevailed once again with a comprehensive 5-2 win.

The trio of wins was completed last month with Hansi Flick’s men needing extra time to lift the Copa del Rey title after a strike from Jules Kounde to compound Madrid’s misery this season.

With their dramatic 4-3 win on Sunday, Hansi Flick’s side move seven points clear of Real Madrid with three games (9 points) outstanding.

Real Madrid welcome Real Mallorca on Wednesday and have to win to keep the title alive with the Catalan side facing city neighbours Espanyol the following night and a win at Cornella will see Hansi Flick’s men crowned champions irrespective of Madrid’s result at the Bernabeu the previous evening.
