Bernabéu sings ‘Hey Jude’ Bellingham
Real Madrid’s new superstar has a new, if unsurprising, song being sung about him at the Santiago Bernabéu, one that comes all the way from Liverpool.
Jude Bellingham has started his LaLiga career with Real Madrid on fire, and the fans are already chanting his first name, following the well-known “Nahh, na, na, na-na-na, nahhh, hey....” as you can hear above.
It’s worth noting though that the reigning Champions League holders have been singing this Beatles song at home games ever since 1968, when it hit number one in the charts for the legendary Liverpool band shortly after Man City claimed the English First Division title, then at Maine Road. It’s also been sung by Brentford fans for just as long, but now it’s the turn of the Madridistas...and with good reason.
The victim was identified as 23-year-old Russian Vladimir Popov, with reports stating that the shark injured two other tourists.
A woman on an American Airlines flight made a scene ahead of takeoff before leaving the plane, claiming that a passenger in the back “isn’t real”.
