There are few people in the world that haven't heard of Lionel Andrés Messi. Currently a star for Barcelona and Argentina who has been providing anyone with a joy for the beautiful game utmost pleasure for several years at the very top level. Even those people who support rival teams cannot help but admire what he can do on the field of play. Some have even gone so far as to say he could be the best ever.

As he enters the final year of his twenties, we pulled together a little video showing what he was like before he arrived at double-digits. Even then it was clear to those in the game watching on that this could be someone a bit special. Although money and health problems threatened to cut his incredible career at its stem, we have all been fortunate to see it blossom.
