Euro 2016: Arbeloa in barb at final losers France over Benzema
The former Real Madrid player was not mincing his words as he took to Twitter following Portugal's win over Les Bleus on Sunday.
Álvaro Arbeloa took to social media to congratulate former Real Madrid team-mates Cristiano Ronaldo and Pepe on Portugal's Euro 2016 win on Sunday.
And the 33-year-old defender, who left Real at the end of last season, also made the most of the chance to fire a barb at losers France.
Substitute Eder's extra-time strike won it for Fernando Santos' men as the Seleçao stunned the hosts to clinch their first ever major trophy.

And in a tweet posted after the final whistle in Paris, Arbeloa wrote: "That's what happens when you leave the best number nine in the world at home...
"Congratulations Portugal! Fantastic stuff @Cristiano and @officialpepe!"
