Torres proclaims Griezmann as his Golden Boot successor

Fernando Torres posted on his Instagram account earlier today a photo showing his support for Antoine Griezmann after the Frenchman finished on the losing side in the Euro 2016 final against Portugal.
As the Spanish number nine in Euro 2012, Torres won the Golden Boot and his images show his Atlético teammate with the current version of the trophy alongside his own from four years ago and a lovely message of support and congratulations.
Torres, who recently signed a one-year extension to his contract in the Spanish capital, had previously taken to Instagram to reflect back on the success of the Spanish team over the past years.
