After this evening's 4-2 friendly victory over Preussen Münster, Valencia coach Pako Ayestarán admitted that he has carefully considered all of the possible outcomes concerning the future of André Gomes, who is being linked with a summer move to Real Madrid. Ayestarán said, "We have no control over what might happen in the transfer market, so I am prepared for various different scenarios - both having André Gomes in the squad, or otherwise".

Paco Alcácer, Rodrigo and Aridai found the net for Valencia in tonight's win, but despite the comfortable scoreline, Ayestarán wasn't happy with the team's performance: "I didn't like the game. It's true that we improved in the second half but we have a lot of things that need working on; but that's why we are in the pre-season", he explained.
