Eibar's Pedro León has hit back at Danilo in the wake of the Real Madrid man's comments after Los Blancos' Champions League draw with Borussia Dortmund.
The 2-2 result at Signal Iduna Park was Madrid's third stalemate in row, having been held by Villarreal and Las Palmas in their past two LaLiga fixtures.
Danilo: Eibar will pay for this
Speaking in Dortmund, Danilo warned that weekend league opponents Eibar will feel the full force of the Real backlash as they look to return to winning ways.
"Eibar will pay the price for this on Sunday," he declared, in remarks that haven't gone down well with León and his team-mates ahead of the clash at the Bernabéu.
León: Danilo should learn Real values
Talking to Spanish TV broadcaster Movistar+, León - who is an ex-Real player - said: "Madrid have a set of values transmitted by their president, coach and captain.
"Danilo could do with learning from them."
