Neymar, Barcelona and Brazil's exciting attacker, told CNN during an interview who he would pick from Real Madrid's team to play alongside and the answer is not what you might expect. He also spoke about the competition between Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and himself at Barcelona.
Neymar's Real Madrid pick
The first question was about Real Madrid. He was asked who he would pick from los Blancos to represent his team and he said, "I would pick Marcelo because he is my friend. There are three players, however, that are making history in football. Cristiano Ronaldo has all of the Ballon d'Ors, Bale has had a great spell and Benzema is a great striker, a playmaker. It is a great competition we have in El Clásico. A healthy fight."
Competition at Barcelona
Regarding the competition between Messi, Suarez and himself at Barcelona, Neymar says, "It's a friendship, and the respect we have for each other. Regardless of being great players, this is difficult for three South Americans. I don't say we are the best three. They say we are better than anybody, but our goal is to win every day, every game and every competition. We are working towards history and I hope we can continue this for a long time.
