Ramos hailed by fans as he arrives in Sevilla
Sergio Ramos caused a furore in the last Real Madrid - Sevilla game when he gestured to the crowd for the insults they threw at him but the Real captain was hailed when the team landed in Sevilla on Sunday
At 11 o´clock, Real Madrid appeared at the gates of the arrival hall at San Pablo airport in Seville and it is safe to assume that all eyes were on los Blancos' captain Sergio Ramos.
Ramos, who may have made a few enemies in Sevilla on Thursday, he still has plenty of adoring fans from Madrid. They were there in force to greet their heroes and to assure them that they had their backs before Ramos stopped to sign autographs for the waiting fans.
Once they got to the bus and reached the hotel, images and videos emerged of more Real Madrid fans waiting for their heroes. Ramos was again the centre of attention, and he knew it.
Late goals - Ramos' trademark
The hotel is located just 300 metres from the stadium so Real don't have too far to travel amongst the Sevilla fans and it remains to be seen how Ramos is greeted once they arrive. Ramos has been in scintillating form in recent weeks with important goals against Barcelona, Deportivo la Coruna and Sevilla, more recently, in the Copa del Rey. He also started the season in similar fashion when he scored a late goal to send the UEFA Super Cup to extra-time in Trondheim. Another repeat performance of that and he won't be making too many fans in Sevilla tonight.
