Manchester United manager José Mourinho turns 54 today, and Álvaro Arbeloa has taken to social media to wish his former boss at Real Madrid a happy birthday.
Arbeloa, now at Premier League club West Ham, posted a photo of himself with Mou during the pair's time together at Real, alongside Xabi Alonso and Iker Casillas.
