Barcelona say sorry for scoring while Real Madrid celebrate

Barcelona scored direct from their kick-off after Real Madrid had opened the scoring mid-way through the second half. Barça were helped by the fact the entire Real Madrid team, goal-keeper included, was still celebrating their goal down at the other end of the pitch.
The incident happened last weekend in the Barcelona - Real Madrid Under-12s game, though the referee didn't let the goal stand.

The video, of course, went viral on social media, and, of course, there were many outraged complaints about what the world of football is coming to. But to counter that, the lad involved, just 11 years old, apologised straight away, and admitted he'd made a mistake.
Barcelona said he was just desperate to equalise, and that the coaches had talked to him afterwards and made sure he understood perfectly why what he did was unsporting. He said he would never do something like that again.

The Barcelona coaches also said sorry to the Real Madrid coaches and players, and after the match the Madrid coaches took photos of themselves with the Barça technical staff and posted them on social media, with comments such as: "Rivalry on the pitch, our friendship carries on after" and "People are more important than team colours. Today it was our turn, next time it'll be them, maximum respect to a great coach and an even better person".
