It's priceless”, he wrote on his Instagram. He is already among the top 20 players to have made the most appearances for Real Madrid. In tomorrow's Clásico against Barcelona he will equal the number of games played by club legend Juanito, 401.

On course to better his best season
Marcelo is enjoying one of his best seasons with Madrid. So far he has clocked 3,158 minutes playing time over 39 games and has scored two and set up another 11. In his most productive campaign, under Carlo Ancelotti in 2014-15, he was involved either directly or indirectly in helping Madrid score 15 goals in 53 games.
