Real Madrid's B Team is as appetising to the fans as the A Team. Our survery reveals that the Madrid supporters would bring in the 'reserve unit' of Isco, Asension and Morata for today's LaLiga match against Valencia at the Bernabéu.

Real Madrid fans want Isco's silky skills

As we went to press last night, Isco was the front-runner for the fans' team, receiving the most votes (8,862) in our poll of all the midfielders. Asensio also fared well, with more votes than Kroos (6,560 to 5,767). The presence of both in the Madridista's XI would have a victim: Casemiro. The defensive midfielder, one of Zidane's near untouchables is behind Isco, Asensio, Kroos and Modric, on just 5,411 votes and would be left out.

Real Madrid fans like the B Team

It's clear the Madrid fans have liked what they've seen of the Real Madrid B team (though Zidane insists there's no such thing), after the performance in Riazor (2-6) and before that in El Molinón (2-3), Butarque (2-4) and Ipurua (1-4).

The survey also reveals the desire of the fans to leave out Benzema. With Bale out injured, the fans have gone for Morata, with nearly three times as many votes as the French striker (5,810 to 2,030). Benzema did manage to stay ahead of Lucas Vázquez, but only just, with the winger picking up 2,022 votes.

Real Madrid defense

At the back the fans showed a clear preference for Nacho as Ramos' partner in the centre of defence. He picked up 8,262 votes compared to Varane's 2,491. But Zidane won't have to make a decision on this one, with the French defender not making the squad.
