AEK Athens eyeing Las Palmas pair Araujo and Livaja
Las Palmas have confirmed that Argentine striker Sergio Araujo is set to stay with the club next season after spending last season loaned out to AEK.
Sergio Araujo has completed his season-long loan at AEK Atenas and Las Palmas president Miguel Ángel Ramírez announced that the club's plan is to incorporate the Argentine striker into the first team squad next season. Araujo played a key role in helping AEK make the Champions League qualifying round and according to reports in Greece, the club is expected to make a formal bid for the 25-year-old in the forthcoming days. The player said that he is open to extending his stay in Greece, either on loan or by joining AEK directly.

AEK know that Las Palmas will not listen to offers inferior to 10 million euros for Araujo and could request the player on loan for a second season.
Livaja also on AEK's radar
Elsewhere in Greece, Ora ton Spor report that AEK are also tracking Marko Livaja who they hope to sign to bolster their attack should they qualify for the Champions League. The Croatian winger has a wealth of experience in different leagues which would be a vaulable asset if AEK are battling on domestic and European fronts next term.
Las Palmas are hoping to bring in either Gabigol or Jonathan Calleri for the new season, which could allow one of the two, or both to join AEK over the summer.
