With Barcelona now in the United States for their pre-season tour, it seems the club's bosses have finally decided to accept they do have a problem with Neymar. In public they continue to vociferously argue that there is absolutely no possible way the Brazilian will be moving club, despite reports that PSG are on the point of paying the player's 222 million euro buy-out clause, but according to pro-Barcelona newspaper Sport, Barça president Bartomeu and the Brazilian striker had a "summit meeting" on board the plane the took the team to New York.
Barcelona and Neymar rumours
Sports paper l’Esportiu de Catalunya, for their part, say that “despite the rumours, Barça executives aren't worried", however broadsheet La Vanguardia reports that the player's silence is beginning to cause serious concern at the highest levels in the Camp Nou.
Neymar himself has said he is "happy" at the Camp Nou, but contradictory reports say that the star has told PSG's Brazilian players that he'll be playing with them this coming season.
