Update:

Real Madrid's late home to defeat against Real Betis that sees Zidane's side train leaders FC Barcelona by seven points has the global press looking for answers to their poor start of the 2017/18 LaLiga season at the Santiago Bernabeu.

-Olé (Argentina): "Poor return from Cristiano. The player from Madeira returned after serving his five match ban and was anonymous as Real Madrid lost at home to Betis. Zidane's men have yet to win a league game at home this season and failed to score for the first time in 73 matches".

-Globoesporte (Brazil): "It wasn't to be. Madrid choked on the day they had the chance to overcome the Santos record of 73 games finding the target as Real Betis scored in added time".

-O Jogo (Portugal): "Madrid lose with Cristiano Ronaldo".

-Gazzetta dello Sport (Italy): "Real, collapes at home against Betis. No goals and Zidane's men are now seven points behind Barça".
