P!nk to perform national anthem at Super Bowl LII
The singer will make her first Super Bowl appearance, unlike half-time headliner Justin Timberlake.
While the competing teams have yet to be determined, the entertainment stage has been set for Super Bowl LII.
The NFL announced on Monday that P!nk will perform the national anthem ahead of kickoff on February 4 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
The singer will make her first Super Bowl appearance, unlike half-time headliner Justin Timberlake, whose last show caused quite a stir.
Timberlake previously created a controversy during half-time of the New England Patriots' 32-29 win over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004 when he exposed Janet Jackson's breast at the end of the show.
