WOMEN'S FOOTBALL
Vero Boquete leaves PSG and moves to China
Given the absence of playing time in Paris, the player opted for a move to China and will play for her twelfth professional side Beijing BG.
Vero Boquete is about to embark on a new chapter in her sporting career as her globe-trotting adventure takes her to the Chinese Super league. The Galician player has terminated her deal with PSG and moves to Beijing BG, where she has already undergone her medical with the Chinese outfit. This is Boquete's twelfth club in her seventh country in her footballing adventure.
First team football
Boquete arrived in the French capital in 2016 and was initially a key piece of the Parisian side but under coach, Patrice Lair the 30-year-old was being used less and less which promoted the decision with the Compostella born player anxious to secure regular first team football.
Beijing BG along with the other Chinese Women's Super league have been busy in the market and Vero will join other international acquisitions with Cristiane Rozeira who has just been picked up by Changchun Zhuoyue and Shirley Cruz who will wear the Jiangsu Suning shirt next season.
