Sky: Real Madrid in negotiations with Robert Lewandowski
Sky Germany report that Real Madrid are in talks with Robert Lewandowski, who has rejected the possibility of renewing with Bayern Munich in favour of a move.
Sky Germany report that Jose Angel Sanchez, the general director of Real Madrid, is the one who is the man tasked with negotiating the Polish striker's arrival in the capital. He is reportedly in negotiations with the player and his inner circle over a potential move and he been so for a number of weeks.
Lewandowski is delighted with the possibility of a move and has shut down any talk of a potential renewal with Bayern Munich. It is not the first time the player and club have been in talks and it is reportedly Florentino Perez himself who is the one pushing for the move and he prefers the Pole as an option over struggling Karim Benzema.
