Lopetegui fields two teams in training session
During the session, coach Julen Lopetegui lined up with two 11-a-side teams:
Team one: De Gea; Odriozola, Ramos, Nacho, Jordi Alba; Rodri, Thiago, Iniesta; Isco, Rodrigo, Aspas.
Team two: Kepa, Carvajal, Piqué, Azpiluceta, Marcos Alonso; Koke, Saúl, Parejo; Lucas Vázquez, Diego Costa, Asensio.
Iniesta doesn't finish session
Bearing in mind that Lopetegui tends to unite key partnerships in training sessions, he may opt for the following team line-up against Argentina: De Gea; Carvajal, Ramos, Piqué, Jordi Alba; Saúl, Thiago, Iniesta; Isco, Diego Costa, Asensio.
Iniesta had his knee strapped up during the session, but it is unknown as to whether he suffered an injury, or if his existing strapping had come loose. In any case, the Barcelona midfielder did not take part in the shooting drills at the end of training.
