Mohamed Salah is this season's sensation in the Premier League and beyond. The Egyptian has score 30 goals and leads the race for the Golden Boot. His goalscoring excellence has him on the radar of many clubs including Real Madrid. Former Tottenham, Ajax and Celta Viga player, Mido, says "I know a lot of people won't agree with me on this but in my opinion, Mohamed Salah is the best player in the history of Egyptian football," according to KingFut, who he was speaking to.

The 35-year-old retired attacked and current manager addressed los Blancos' interest in the player. "I had fear that he would fail at Liverpool but I believe that he is ready to move to the next level. Real Madrid would be able to use his strengths."

Real Madrid want to sign Salah

"Real Madrid want him," he said. The Egyptian says the 4-4-2 that Zidane has been experimenting with this season would be ideal for the Liverpool player. "We have all seen the poor performances of Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema with the 4-4-2. Madrid would be able to use Salah's virtues..."

The potential sale of Bale will open up a space on the wing and Real Madrid's reconstruction in the summer has Salah in red ink. They will not just try to sign a striker but a winger too in an effort to reinvigorate the side that failed in LaLiga.
